Olga has an extensive experience in pedagogic, consulting and entrepreneurial activities. For over 20 years she specialised in international relations, worked in the field of external affairs and protocol of RAO UES (Unified Energy System) of Russia, represented the interests of Russia in the international organization Educational 8, was the author of an educational programme on technological leadership.

Olga has participated in the creation and development of a corporate training system for the Unified Energy System of Russia, was responsible for the development and implementation of programmes for the transformation of the electric power industry and the integration of corporate cultures and business practices.
