During his work at the Skolkovo Foundation for more than six years, he was responsible for expertise, analytical and legislative work to stimulate the innovative development of Russia, including in the G20 and BRICS. He created the BRICS Antimonopoly Center at the Higher School of Economics, which brought the interaction of the antimonopoly authorities of the BRICS countries to a new qualitative level, including on such issues as the coordination of economic concentration transactions and joint investigations in global markets.
Author of the papers on antitrust law, economic and legal aspects of the development of digital technologies.
