Leading Russian and foreign scientists and representatives of the educational and research community discussed socio-economic, political and legal trends in the formation of a new world order. Representatives of Russian universities, analysts and experts in the field of international relations discussed current world problems, challenges and key benchmarks of Russia in scientific, educational and research practice. Over 800 participants attended the program, which included plenary sessions and breakout sessions.  

As part of the general program of the Forum, Center for Global IT Cooperation participated in the round table "Digital Diplomacy", which took place on October 13. Andrey Ignatiev, Head of the Analytical Department, spoke about the UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF, October 8-12, 2023) held in Kyoto, Japan, and touched upon the issues of strengthening Russia's subjectivity in the international digital agenda.  

In particular, he mentioned such tasks as the development of effective convergent methodologies for the development and regulation of complex technical systems based on artificial intelligence, the adaptation of the categorical and conceptual apparatus, the improvement of measurement tools, social and humanitarian expertise and the assessment of the way how technologies affect people, society and the environment.
