In 2022, 38% of new users who want to get professional training will chose the "Programming" field, while the most popular professions were "Python Developer", "1C Developer". This was reported to TASS by the press service of the Skillbox educational platform, which is part of the VK ecosystem.

"In 2022, the largest increase in new users was in the field of "Programming" – the share of the total number of new users was 38%," said Skillbox. 

Backend development programs have become the most popular, namely the professional skills of "Python Developer", "1C Developer". In second place, as the Press Service noted, were programs in the field of IT infrastructure - "Test Engineer" and "Cybersecurity Expert". Web development completes the top three.

Management courses were chosen by 31% of the total number of new users. Thus, prospecting students of the continuing education were interested in "Excel + Google spreadsheet from dummy to PRO" course, as well as "Project Manager" skills. "Educational programs in finance and accounting - the professional occupation of "Accountant", a short course on trading and "Financial Analyst" courses were also much in demand," Skillbox added.

"28% of new users have chosen design courses. The most popular courses were: "Graphic Designer", "Web Designer", "Commercial Illustrator", the Press Service reported. 

15% of the total number of new users of the platform chose the "Marketing" course. The most popular profession in this field was "Marketplace Manager". The "Games" section was chosen by 8% of new users. "On the basis of professions, “3D Generalist” became the leader. "Unity Game Developer from Dummy to Middle" ranked second and "2D Artist" ranked third, Skillbox added.
