The main idea of the contest is to form pool of talented leaders in the field of the Internet communications, as well as to create regional "digital" teams.
All those interested in this area over 18 years old with higher or secondary education (including unfinished) are invited to participate. To pass to the next stage, you will need to complete a test task.
The winners of the contest will have the opportunity to apply for an internship in large IT-partner companies and will be included in the personnel reserve of press services, as well as one of the organizers of the contest - ANO Dialog. Also, all winners will have the opportunity to attend specialized events in Russia and abroad and present their project to one of the partner companies.
