This Special Course is held for the second time. Students and recent graduates under 35 who are interested in the development and use of the Internet and technologies are invited to participate. 

Together with invited experts, the participants will discuss the main issues from the forum programme, and then work on abstracts that will reflect the youth's view of the current agenda. During the special course, there will be an opportunity not only to listen to educational content from leading industry experts, but also to discuss the given topics, as well as ask any burning questions. The following tracks of the Special Course are defined:

·      Digital collaboration and sustainable development goals

·      The Future of Distributed Ledger Technologies

·      International approaches to the regulation of artificial intelligence

·      Fight with destructive content

·      Global digital tax

·      Ecosystem regulation

Despite the fact that RIGF 2022 itself has been postponed from April to a later date (the new date will be announced soon), the participants of the special course will still be able to present the results of the work at the final section of the forum, as was originally intended. 

To join the Special Course, you must register and complete a test task before March 17 (it will be sent after registration).
