On April 6-7 in Moscow there will be the 13th Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF 2023). 

Traditionally, in the run-up to RIGF a special course for young people will take place. Applicants, undergraduate and graduate students, recent graduates, and young professionals who are interested in the topics of management, development, and the use of the Internet and digital technology are invited to take part.

As part of the course, participants will receive detailed information on the topics of the RIGF 2023 sections, discuss the main issues of the program with the experts, and formulate talking points reflecting the young people's view of the current agenda. 

The results of the course will be presented openly at the “Digital Transformation: The Voice of Youth” section, which will take place on the final day of the Forum. 

To join the special course, it is necessary to register and complete a short test task until March 15, inclusive.
