Under the terms of the agreement, Center for Global IT-Cooperation and ANO "Dialog" will promote the Russian experience of the "Incident Management" feedback system at specialized foreign events, take participation in international forums on Internet governance and global digital cooperation, and undertake joint activities and analytical studies.
“We see that over the past ten years, many Russian developments and initiatives are ahead of what foreign countries are doing in the field of digitalization. Last year, at the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), which is held under the auspices of the United Nations, we shared with colleagues the experience of the “Incident Management” feedback system. We have also developed an international index for assessing the citizens' readiness for digitalization, on the basis of which it is possible to adequately assess the readiness of society in different countries for digital transformation. We are pleased to sign an agreement with our colleagues from the Center for Global IT-Cooperation, because together we will be able to share the Russian expertise in the field of public administration at the international level”, shared Alexey Goreslavsky.
Vadim Glushchenko expressed his willingness to combine competencies in promoting successful Russian experience abroad as well as holding joint conferences and analytical researches in the field of information technology.
It is worth recalling that this spring the Center has already conducted a study to analyze world experience in the sphere of global digital platforms activity regulation in national jurisdictions. “Analytical research in the sphere of IT is dictated by time and is of enormous importance. Our last work considers the international dialog on Internet and digital platforms governance, the significant initiatives of international organizations, professional and integration associations. We will be delighted to establish a strategic partnership with ANO “Dialog” and combine the expertise of the two organizations. I am sure that our cooperation has excellent prospects”, Vadim Glushchenko noted.
