“A new application from the group of state services “Gosklyuch” is already available in app stores. "Gosklyuch" is a convenient and safe service for almost 80 million users of the "Gosuslugi" portal with a confirmed account," was claimed by the ministry's press service.

As indicated in the ministry, it takes less than three minutes to create an electronic signature. The procedure is free of charge.

The signature is then stored in a secure e-government infrastructure.

According to the ministry the project was created on the basis of the services of the "Unified Digital Signing Platform", which was created by PJSC Rostelecom and PJSC VTB Bank.

At the moment, with the help of Gosklyuch, you can conclude an agreement on the provision of cellular services. The first such service was presented to its subscribers by the operator Tele 2. In the near future, this option will also be launched by MTS, Megafon and Beeline, the ministry promised.

In addition, the list of documents that can be signed using the application is planned to be expanded in the near future. In particular, the electronic signing of the car purchase, sale agreement and real estate lease agreement will become available.

At the end of June, the ministry proposed to develop a single mobile application for Russian students, allowing them to have access to all the necessary services.
