The Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media has launched a mobile application "Gosklyuch", which allows users of the "Gosuslugi" portal to sign documents electronically.
The Ministry of Economic Development has determined the criteria for projects in the field of artificial intelligence. These include computer vision, natural language processing, speech recognition and synthesis, intelligent decision support, and the creation of universal artificial intelligence. Projects in this area will receive subsidies totalling 12 billion rubles.
The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media has developed a methodology for determining the daily number of users of information resources of large foreign IT companies. It will take effect on 2 August.

The Russian regulator will help users to restore access to previously blocked content on social networks. This became possible due to a government decree that came into force on 24 July.
