Two key institutions supporting Russian business in the international arena — the Center for Global IT Cooperation and the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) - have signed a cooperation agreement. The document is aimed at assisting Russian companies in entering foreign markets, especially in the field of IT services and digital solutions.
The parties intend to jointly provide support to businesses in finding optimal and least costly strategies for international promotion, and to help with the selection of tools and mechanisms for adaptation to foreign conditions. As part of the partnership, the Center and the MCCI will organize business missions to countries potentially open to Russian IT companies and promote their integration into new ecosystems. One of the significant benchmarks for joint initiatives will be the experience of major international exhibitions such as GITEX Africa.
Additionally, the partners are paying special attention to improving the regulatory environment that facilitates the export of digital technologies. The Center for Global IT Cooperation and the MCCI intend to participate in the development and adaptation of legal instruments that provide businesses with more opportunities for international activities.
"The Center for Global IT Cooperation has been successfully cooperating with the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry for a long time, and our cooperation is reaching a new level. We focus on specific business assistance, from information support and expert advice to organizing negotiations and marketing support. “Russian IT companies have high potential, and our task is to help them find new niches, optimize their entry strategy and gain a foothold in international markets,” said Vadim Glushchenko, Director of the Center for Global IT Cooperation.
MCCI President Vladimir Platonov emphasized that together the organizations will create conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in Russia. He added: “The signing of this document confirms our commitment to supporting business and creating a favorable ecosystem for the development of domestic IT enterprises.”
