During the final session of the Forum, the team of the Youth Digital Ombudsperson presented a Youth Communique developed on the basis of proposals from youth received on the website. Young people expressed their views on Internet governance, data protection, digital ethics, online safety, digital literacy, digital economy and labor market transformation, equitable access to information and much more.

«We see the Internet as a space of freedom of speech, a place of universal equality and the priority of universal values, in which technological advances contribute to the preservation of our diversity», - so does the younger generation thinks about the Internet.

Youth Communique will be presented to the Russian and international community.
