The "The Art of Promotion: How to Reach a Foreign Buyer?"" session was held within the framework of EXPORT ONLINE'25, organized by the Russian Export Center.
The participants discussed how the behavior of customers differs in different markets, why the direct transfer of Russian communications abroad does not work well, and what role local cultural codes play. They also touched upon the topic of adapting content, visual, and audience engagement channels.
Alim Khapov, Leading Manager of the IT Export Support Project Office at the Global IT Cooperation Center, spoke about the importance of personal presence in the market, direct contacts and regular points of interaction with the client. According to him, recognition and trust are formed not only through digital campaigns, but through regular live interaction - participation in exhibitions, offline meetings and systematic work on the ground.
The Center helps companies find these entry points, build stable relationships, and consolidate positions where not only tools are important, but also human presence.
