“Our organizations have a lot in common, our goal is to contribute to the development of human capital for the Russian digital economy. A preliminary programme of joint work has already been outlined, we are interested in cooperation and are confident in the synergy of our efforts,” said Vadim Glushchenko, director of the Center for Global IT-Cooperation.
“The Department of Digital Economy and Artificial Intelligence of the ADV MGIMO group of companies is one of the few that implements a master's program in artificial intelligence. Together with specialists from the department and the Center for Global IT-Cooperation, we will conduct research on artificial intelligence and promote Russian experts, their ideas and solutions in the international arena,” commented Ksenia Tkacheva, head of the Center for Training Leaders and Digital Transformation Teams at GSSU RANEPA.
“Joint research and publications, especially within the framework of international projects and programs, will make a significant contribution to the analytical activities of all parties to the agreement. The commercialization of scientific activity is one of the areas of cooperation,” said Anna Abramova, Director of the MGIMO Center for Artificial Intelligence.
Cooperation with two well-known Russian universities will allow the Center to directly hear the ideas of the Russian expert community, which have every chance of being positively received abroad.
The first step towards cooperation is the joint promotion of the Ethical Aspects of Social Scoring survey, initiated by the research and analytics team of the Center for Training Leaders and Digital Transformation Teams of GSSU RANEPA. The objective of the study is to study the problem of social scoring and the risks of its use in the public sector, to identify the attitude of civil servants and professionals associated with the public sector to the problem.
