Born on December 14, 1981 in Kutaisi. Education: 1999 - 2004, Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Faculty of Culture and Journalism.

In 2004 - 2006 worked as a correspondent and a site manager at weekly "AiF" (supplement "Your Course"). 

Since 2005 has held various positions at the Executive Directorate (ED) of the Association of Communication Agencies of Russia (ACAR): PR-manager, director of the department for corporate and public relations, Deputy Executive Director. Since 2008 is an executive director of ACAR. Since 2020 also holds the position as First Vice President pf the association.
