BIOGRAPHY

Andrey Kuleshov specializes in applied mathematics, economics and finance. He has over 20 years of experience in economic development, global value chains, technology investment.

He currently advises the Center for Science and Technology of Artificial Intelligence at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Moscow). His research interests include international regulation, AI standardization, ethics, AI reliability. He previously worked for Oxford Economics (Oxford) and the House of Commons (London). Graduated with honors from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1989, holds a Master's degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (1994).
