The Centre for Global IT Cooperation has been actively involved in the debate on artificial intelligence for a long time. For several years, the Centre's experts have been involved in shaping Russian approaches to the legal, technical and ethical regulation of AI technologies. In early June, key aspects of the current global environment were highlighted at the roundtable 'International Landscape in AI: Opportunities and Forecasts'.
At the new roundtable, experts will discuss various practical aspects of the use and control of AI technologies: their regulation, current trends, national and international experiences in the implementation of AI based on real case studies.
The main issues for discussion:
1) What are the AI-enabled projects that are already in the works, and what projects could emerge in the near future?
2) What are the prospects for the use of AI as a tool for the optimisation of business processes and legal decisions?
3) How are other countries making use of AI?
4) What is the scope of AI regulation today? What government policies are in place to support the development of AI, and what are the plans?
The roundtable will be held in the form of an open discussion, where everyone will be able to express their opinion on the state of the industry and the role of AI, as well as participate in the process of formulating key next steps in the development and regulation of AI to ensure the leading position of Russian companies on a global scale.
Professionals, undergraduate and postgraduate students, representatives of government agencies and companies, as well as participants of various development platforms and research centres are invited to join the discussion. We invite anyone with an interest in neural networks to be part of this hands-on discussion and contribute to the advancement of the potential of artificial intelligence.
