The Eastern Economic Forum is being held on Russky Island (Vladivostok) from September 5 to September 8. It is a major international platform for the creation and strengthening of business relationships, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. This year's Forum was attended by delegations from more than 60 countries. The main theme is “Towards a multipolar world”. The program includes more than seventy business events - panel discussions, roundtables, televised debates and business dialogues.
As part of the Forum, the Center for Global IT Cooperation will hold a session on September 8 entitled "Turn to the East: Technological and Strategic Cooperation with Asian Countries in the New Economic Era", where it is planned to discuss the prospects of implementation of Russian-Asian ICT projects, growth of cross-border e-commerce with Asia, creation of a marketing, legal and consulting base for Russian ICT companies to enter Asian markets, etc.
